Tell me I’m not the only one who had this thought?
So. That was a pretty darn awesome series opener.
So, apparently there was some organized Misha Collins-hate going around twitter the other day - which completely and utterly baffles me. I mean, if a person doesn’t like Castiel, fair enough - but to actively hate Misha? How is that even possible?
When I first became acquainted with his acting through Supernatural (though I guess I’d first seen him in Monk, but it’s been years since I saw that episode so I honestly don’t remember his character), he instantly earned a spot on my “favorite actors” list. When I found out more about him as a person and all of the good work he does, he made it onto my “favorite people” list. I mean seriously - he does so much for charity, and seems like a genuinely kindhearted person to boot. What’s not to admire about that?
Keep being awesome, Misha. (And please, Steven Moffat, find a way to cast him in an episode of Doctor Who!)

Had lots of fun inking this one - I’m getting more adventurous with the brush pen and am liking the results :D
I’m just about done with my current sketchbook, so I thought I’d go through and scan a smattering of my favorite sketches and post ‘em on tumblr. So here’s part one - some Doctors, a Leela, a Donna, a Wheatley, a giddy Turret, and a tired Chell, ranging from late 2010 to mid-2011 (my sketchbook’s kind of massive, I draw on both sides of the sheets and cram a lot on each page, and I draw a lot digitally, so it took me awhile to finish this one!)
More to come later this week :) (and I’ll be posting non-fan art sketches to horizon-bound as well!)
Ack, this has been sitting in my WIP folder far too long… came close to scrapping it several times, but I’d already sunk countless hours into it and posted WIPs to twitter, so I figured I’d just finish it up and post it anyway (I’m not even entirely sure it is finished, I’ve been looking at it so long.) I learned from it, at least, and I figure any piece you can learn from isn’t a total loss.
